After 10 years of delighting South Shore palates, Sabor (formerly Daniela’s Café), began 2007 with a new name, a new attitude and a host of exciting new menu options.
Located at 23 Court Street in the heart of historic downtown Plymouth, Sabor has long been known for delicious desserts, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and lunch fare. However, the restaurant began an evolution years ago that led to the development of a sophisticated, eclectic and flavorful dinner experience and the growth of a creative gourmet catering service. In recognition of these expanded offerings, Chef/Owner Vinicio Cordon selected the new name of “Sabor” – meaning “flavor” in Spanish - to show both new customers and our beloved regulars that we have a passion for great food, and that great food comes from finding the perfect balance of flavor. This is our passion, and what we strive to deliver for our guests.
