Fine Dining

Wednesday through Saturday nights, our casual café space is transformed into a contemporary, elegant and intimate dining experience. Centered around amuse-bouche and small plates, our dinner menu offers a variety of authentic, flavorful entrées sure to please any palette. Each dish is developed by our Head Chef/owner and creative inspiration, Vinicio Cordon, to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients as well as introduce diners to new taste trends from around the world.

In addition to the delectable dishes, we also offer an excellent wine section including several wines for $35. Our list is populated with a variety of both reds and whites from smaller, non-commercial vintners.

But the fine dining experience does not end there. Sabor cuisine prepared with “signature Vinicio Cordon style” is available for catered affairs or private dining as well as for special dining events including wine tastings and cooking classes.
