Jennifer Ingeme’s interest in food, which began as child growing up in Montreal Canada, grew into a driving passion while working and studying in France and Spain. While completing her formal culinary education at the Cambridge School of Culinary arts, she was the recipient of the Julia Child Award for Culinary Excellence.
She gained professional experience while working in Toronto, Connecticut and Boston at several four and five star restaurants. She spent some time refining her skills and developing a keen attention to detail in the kitchens of the Four Seasons in Boston, before starting her own private catering business on the South Shore.
Jennifer and Vinnie met while he was looking for a new head chef to expand the flavor profiles of his dinner menu. Each offers a unique palette and working together they have developed many tastefully balanced recipes that are uniquely “Sabor.”
Jennifer enjoys bringing a new taste experience to downtown Plymouth.
