| 1 | quart heavy cream |
| 1½ | cups confectioners sugar |
| 3 | cups melted semi-sweet, or milk chocolate chips |
Whip cream and sugar in a blender until stiff. Melt chocolate chips in 30 second intervals in a microwave until melted. (Be sure chocolate doesn’t seize).
Fold chocolate into whipped cream and pipe into chocolate cups.
